RETURN POLICY
Please, bear in mind that photo, may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
In case if you have received wrong product instead of the one what you had ordered, please contact us, we will dispatch & deliver the right product & our courier partner will collect the wrong product which has been delivered to you. This whole process would not incur any charges, we consider it as part our extended customer service. Kindly make sure the wrong product delivered should in exactly the same condition as it was when it was received by you. If you fail to maintain the condition stated above, it will be considered as sold & you will have to pay for both product instead of the one you had ordered. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery. Exchange product you will get in 15 working Days.
REFUND POLICY
In following cases/situations you will be eligible for 100% refund of the payment made:-
- If your order is not confirmed, but the amount has been debited from your account
- In this case if you have been delivered wrong item or the item which has been delivered to the registered shipping address is spoiled and no more usable.
If you are eligible for refund as per the policy, we will refund you 100% money back without any questions, once our quality check personnel passes your claim, after checking it.
Refund process from our side takes maximum 24 hours, any further delay would be solely card issuer bank€™s responsibility.
Kindly contact our customer care via email, to claim a refund. The refund will be processed by same online mode in 7 working day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12hrs of the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send order cancellation email, you will be not be eligible for the return policy, since the product might have been shipped by the time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without proper reason for cancellation, we will not be able to accept it. We make every bespoke products after we get the order; cancelling any order will affect us & so expect your co-operation in this regard. Refund will be processed from our side in maximum 7 working day as mentioned earlier.
